Orders are generally processed and dispatched within two (2) business days of payment confirmation. For cryptocurrency orders, “payment confirmation” means the transaction has confirmed on-chain (typically under 10 minutes for most coins, longer for Bitcoin). Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. All products are packaged in accordance with applicable shipping regulations to maintain product integrity during transit.
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. PepMax shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, or force majeure events. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short shipping durations; we use insulated packaging during extreme weather conditions where appropriate.
PepMax currently ships within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We are evaluating expansion of our shipping capabilities and will announce updates through our newsletter.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with carrier tracking information. You may also view your order status from your account dashboard. We recommend monitoring tracking updates and being available to receive your package on the estimated delivery date. Most carriers will leave packages at the delivery address without requiring a signature unless explicitly requested.
Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier and ultimately to the Buyer upon delivery. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout; PepMax is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the Buyer, and re-shipment of such orders will be at the Buyer’s expense.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s expected or actual delivery date. Include your order number and, where applicable, photographic evidence of damage. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or store credit in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Orders may be modified or cancelled within one (1) hour of placement, before they enter processing. Contact our support team immediately at support@pepmax.bio or (520) 403-0562 (Mon – Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM MST) if you need to make changes. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
