Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored at -20°C in a desiccated environment, protected from light. Once in solution, store at 2–8°C and use within 2–4 weeks. Aliquot to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
All products ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. This form provides maximum stability and the longest shelf life for your research materials.
When stored properly at -20°C in a desiccated, light-protected environment, lyophilized peptides remain stable for extended periods. Always check the batch-specific COA for recommended use-by dates.
Laboratory solubility parameters vary by compound. Common solvents used in published research include sterile water, bacteriostatic water, and DMSO. Refer to the product page specifications for each compound.

This is a one-time step that takes under a minute, and it lets us maintain a verifiable record of researcher access — a baseline expectation under current FDA guidance for research-grade peptide distribution. The account also lets you track orders, view order history, and securely retrieve your Certificates of Analysis after delivery. We never sell or share your information.
We currently accept cryptocurrency only, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, Litecoin (LTC), and several other major coins. Crypto payments are processed securely through our partner NOWPayments. ACH and card payments are not currently available — see our Crypto Payments section below for details on how the checkout flow works.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before they enter processing. Contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

The same account that lets you view the catalog also lets you track order status, view order history, save shipping addresses for faster repeat purchases, and securely retrieve your COA after delivery. Account creation takes less than a minute and we never share your information.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Standard shipping (5–7 business days) is $9.99, or free on orders over $150. Priority (2–3 business days) and express (1–2 business days) options are also available at checkout.
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order status from your account dashboard at any time.

Products are securely packaged to maintain integrity during transit. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short shipping durations, but we use insulated packaging during extreme weather conditions.
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final once the product has been shipped. If your product arrives damaged in transit or does not conform to its Certificate of Analysis, contact support within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We review these requests case by case and will, at our discretion, issue a replacement or store credit; refunds to the original payment method are considered on a case-by-case basis. Opened, solubilized, or otherwise altered products are not eligible. Do not ship any return without first obtaining a return authorization — unauthorized returns will be refused.

We accept all major cryptocurrencies through NOWPayments, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT on TRC20, ERC20, and BEP20), USD Coin (USDC), Litecoin (LTC), TRON (TRX), Solana (SOL), BNB, Polygon (MATIC), and Dogecoin (DOGE), among others. You’ll see the full list of supported coins on the NOWPayments payment page after you place your order.
After you submit your order, we generate a secure invoice and redirect you to NOWPayments. There you choose a coin, and NOWPayments shows you a deposit address (and QR code) along with the exact amount to send. Once your payment confirms on the blockchain, your order is automatically marked paid and you receive an email confirmation. The whole process is typically under 10 minutes.
Most banks and card processors refuse to work with research-chemical merchants, so card and ACH options are not available to us at this time. Crypto lets us serve our customers reliably, settle quickly, and keep prices low by avoiding the 3–5% processing fees and chargeback risk that drive prices up elsewhere. We’re actively working to add additional payment options.
Confirmation time depends on the coin and current network conditions. Typical ranges: USDT/USDC on TRON or Solana — under 1 minute. Ethereum or Polygon — 1 to 3 minutes. Litecoin — 2 to 5 minutes. Bitcoin — 10 to 30 minutes (1 confirmation). Your order moves into processing as soon as the network confirms your payment.
For the lowest network fees and quickest confirmation we recommend USDT or USDC on the TRON (TRC20) or Solana network. These typically settle in under a minute with fees of only a few cents. Bitcoin works fine but is slower and has higher fees, especially during periods of high network congestion.
NOWPayments accepts payments within a small tolerance of the invoiced amount. If you underpay significantly, the invoice will go into a partial-payment state — contact our support team with your order number and transaction hash and we’ll reconcile it manually. If you overpay, contact support: by default we’ll apply the excess as store credit, in line with our Terms; refunds to a crypto wallet are considered case-by-case. Always send the exact amount and on the exact network shown on the NOWPayments invoice.
Sending the wrong coin (e.g., BTC to an ETH address) or the right coin on the wrong network (e.g., USDT-ERC20 to a USDT-TRC20 address) almost always results in lost funds — the same is true at every exchange and merchant. Always double-check the coin and network on the NOWPayments invoice before you broadcast a transaction. If you make a mistake, contact support immediately with your transaction hash; recovery is rarely possible but we’ll help where we can.
Any wallet or exchange that supports the coin and network you choose will work. Self-custody wallets like Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Exodus, or hardware wallets (Ledger, Trezor) all work. You can also send directly from major exchanges like Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, or Crypto.com — just confirm withdrawals to external wallets are enabled on your account.
Crypto payments do not expose your bank or card details to us. We only see your blockchain transaction and the order details you provide at checkout (name, shipping address, email). Your wallet address is visible on the public blockchain — that is the nature of crypto and applies to every crypto merchant. We do not share your transaction information with third parties beyond what is required to process the order.
Refund eligibility follows the same rules as any other order — all sales are final once shipped. If your product arrives damaged in transit or does not conform to its Certificate of Analysis, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. When a refund is approved, we issue it as store credit by default, in accordance with Section 7 of our Terms & Conditions. Refunds to a crypto wallet are considered case-by-case; when granted, the refund amount is calculated in U.S. dollars at the time of refund (not at the time of the original payment), and you are responsible for any network fees and exchange-rate variance. Opened, solubilized, or otherwise altered products are not eligible. Do not ship anything back without first obtaining a return authorization — unauthorized returns will be refused.
Order confirmation typically happens within 1–2 minutes after the network confirms your transaction. If your order has been pending for more than 2 hours despite an on-chain confirmation, contact support with your order number and the transaction hash (TXID) — we’ll reconcile it manually. This is rare but can happen if our payment partner’s webhook to our server is delayed.
Yes. Your order confirmation email serves as a receipt with order number, items, USD total, payment method, and date. If you need additional documentation — for example, the on-chain transaction hash for accounting reconciliation — contact our support team and we’ll provide it.
