Products are securely packaged to maintain integrity during transit. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short shipping durations, but we use insulated packaging during extreme weather conditions.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Contact support to initiate a return.

If your order arrives damaged or compromised, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
