Referral Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the PepMax Referral Program (“Program”). By generating, sharing, or using a PepMax referral code, you agree to these terms in addition to the PepMax Terms of Service and Research-Use Disclaimer.

1. Eligibility

Existing PepMax customers are enrolled automatically after their first paid order. Content creators (researchers, educators, newsletter writers, podcast hosts) in the laboratory-research space may apply by emailing support@pepmax.bio with a link to representative work. Approval is discretionary.

Participants must be at least 21 years of age and located in a jurisdiction where PepMax products may lawfully be sold. PepMax reserves the right to deny or revoke participation at any time.

2. Commission & payout

• Commission is 5% of the order subtotal (excluding shipping, tax, and discounts) on the first paid order placed by each new researcher you refer.
• Commission is paid as PepMax store credit only. Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may be applied against any future PepMax order at checkout.
• Commission is credited automatically once the referred order's payment is confirmed and the order enters PROCESSING status.
• Subsequent orders by the same referred researcher do not generate additional commission unless PepMax announces a separate program change in writing.

3. Attribution & cookie window

Attribution is recorded when a new visitor clicks a referral link or applies a referral code at checkout. The attribution cookie persists for 30 days. Last-touch attribution applies if multiple referrals are used; a commission fires only once per referred researcher, on their first paid order.

Self-referral is prohibited and will be reversed. Codes used in a way that masks or misrepresents the buyer's identity (e.g. multiple accounts on the same payment method) will be reversed.

4. Content rules (required of all participants)

PepMax products are reference standards for in vitro laboratory research only and are not intended for human dosing, injection, or ingestion. Any promotional content that uses your referral code must reflect this posture. The following rules are not optional:

• No human-use claims. No statements implying personal use, therapeutic effect, or that any peptide will produce a particular outcome in a human or animal.
• No dosing. No mg, mg/kg, frequency, cycle, stack, or reconstitution-for-use information.
• No before/after content. No personal-outcome photos, videos, or written testimonials.
• No efficacy promises.Reference peer-reviewed literature using weakened language — “has been studied for,” “literature reports,” “in vitro evidence suggests” — never “will,” “does,” or “helps with.”
• No physician implications.No “ask your doctor,” “consult a medical professional,” or licensed-practitioner endorsement language.
• No misrepresentation. Do not state or imply that PepMax provides dosing guidance, performs human-use trials, or markets to non-research consumers.

5. FTC disclosure (required)

Per the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), any post, video, page, email, or audio in which you use your referral code or link must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of the material connection — on the same surface as the recommendation (not buried in a separate page).

Acceptable forms include: “I earn PepMax store credit when you purchase via my code.” or “Affiliate disclosure: I receive a credit on referred purchases.” Hashtag-only disclosures (e.g. #ad) are insufficient when used in isolation.

6. Clawback & reversals

• Commission is voided automatically if the referred order is cancelled, refunded, or charged back.
• Commission may be voided manually and store credit clawed back at PepMax's discretion for: violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or content that creates regulatory exposure for PepMax.
• In serious cases (false human-use claims, dosing instructions, misrepresentation), PepMax may revoke program access entirely and pursue available legal remedies.

7. Code ownership & transfer

Your referral code is tied to your PepMax account and is non-transferable. Codes may be customized once per change request, subject to availability and PepMax's reserved words list. PepMax may rename or revoke any code that conflicts with a trademark, reserved word, or another participant's code.

8. Modification & termination

PepMax may modify the commission rate, payout method, content rules, or eligibility criteria at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of your referral code after a posted change constitutes acceptance. PepMax may suspend or terminate the Program in whole or in part with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of liability

PepMax's total liability under the Program is limited to unpaid commission earned on completed referred orders prior to termination of participation. PepMax makes no guarantee of any minimum commission, click-through rate, or conversion rate. Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved as set forth in the PepMax Terms of Service.
